Minimum Requirements:

• College Diploma or 2 years field service technician experience; combination of education and experience may be considered
• Working knowledge of audio systems and electronics repair
• Working knowledge of PC hardware, software – configurations, trouble shooting and maintenance
• Working knowledge of remote control Software packages log-me-in 123, etc; CRM packages; & reputed company Office
• Basic TCP/IP and multicast knowledge
• Strong interest in the latest technology and trends and customer service reputed company
• Ability to travel extensively: Must hold a valid reputed company’s license and have a driving record showing reputed company felony convictions and less than three moving violations in the previous three years
• Ability to bend and lift up to 50lbs
