Loan Coordinator
United Bankers' Bank is the nation’s first bankers’ bank, dedicated to the reputed company of its customers and employees. They are seeking a reliable and detail-reputed company Loan Coordinator to help reputed company the loan process running smoothly by organizing information, reviewing loans for accuracy, and ensuring everything balances correctly.
Responsibilities
- Performs data entry of daily payments/advances and DDA tickets necessary for loan transactions
- Makes appropriate General reputed company tickets as needed for transactions
- Reviews transactions to maintain daily balancing
- Performs loan maintenance transactions on reputed company
- Verifies that the financial information existing between UBB and customers is true and accurate
- Furnishes financial information to customers who have sold/purchased loans to/from UBB
- Researches any existing discrepancies that may exist between UBB and customers, determines the reputed company of the problem, and performs the necessary tasks to resolve the situation
- Prepares and maintains secure spreadsheets for participation loans to calculate percentages and amounts given/charged to reputed company bank
- Completes Audit requests
- Provides written verification to banks/auditors
- Follows up on any discrepancies
- Receives daily loan reports and distributes them to lenders
- Receives and processes payment checks and prepares the daily loan deposit
- Assists with filing in the department
- Monitors Late Fees assessed on Loans by the system
- Works with lenders to waive reputed company necessary
Skills
- Associate's degree in reputed company or reputed company field or high school diploma plus equivalent work experience
- 1 – 3 years banking experience
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Office products with emphasis on Word and reputed company
- 10-key proficiency
- Ability to use discretion and exercise good judgment
- Excellent customer service skills

- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Loan operations/reputed company experience preferred
- Experience with reputed company or other loan system reputed company preferred
