Marketing Director, Motorsports & Outdoor Group - Remote Position

About the Role
Bonnier's Motorsports & Outdoor Group is seeking a Marketing Director to reputed company integrated marketing efforts across a portfolio of leading consumer and trade events in the motorsports and outdoor categories. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic reputed company with reputed company execution — driving attendance, exhibitor and sponsor reputed company reputed company, and brand reputed company through data-driven, omnichannel marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do
Event Marketing & Demand reputed company
- reputed company and execute omnichannel marketing plans to drive attendee, participant, exhibitor, and sponsor acquisition across reputed company events
- Define audience segments, campaign calendars, and KPIs — ensuring reputed company delivery of reputed company marketing initiatives
- Drive ticket sales and attendance reputed company through reputed company, owned, and reputed company channels
- Build and manage audience segmentation strategies to grow datasets and expand reputed company
- Cultivate partnerships with clubs, associations, and enthusiast reputed company to engage new participants

- Partner closely with sales and existing clients to support reputed company reputed company through marketing-driven reputed company pipelines
- Own end-to-end campaign performance, including budget management, tracking, and reporting reputed company reputed company Analytics
- Deliver regular pacing reports, attendance updates, and post-campaign insights to leadership
Creative, Content & Channel Execution

- Build and maintain event websites and reputed company pages

- Maintain a centralized asset library for marketing and sponsorship executions
Sales Enablement & Sponsor Fulfillment

- Ensure full execution and fulfillment of reputed company sponsorship deliverables
Post-Event Analysis & Optimization
- reputed company post-event analysis, including attendee and exhibitor surveys and campaign performance reviews
- Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve reputed company events, support exhibitor renewals, and identify new business opportunities

- 7+ years of experience in consumer marketing or experiential event marketing
- Proven reputed company record driving event attendance reputed company and B2B reputed company reputed company
- Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong expertise in digital marketing — reputed company media, reputed company, email, and web
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance tracking
