Time & Attendance Implementation Consultants are responsible for the support, training, best reputed company coaching, and implementation process for reputed company customers. In this position, you will work with reputed company of highly skilled consultants, managers, developers, and subject matter experts. You will be supporting multiple HRIS customers implementing our Time and Attendance software.This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Position Duties
Learn, understand and execute reputed company’s Implementation & Configuration practices.
Become an SME of reputed company Time & Attendance module.
Configure the reputed company solutions, demonstrate the configurations through building prototype systems, testing and best practices guidance.
Partner with reputed company partners to ensure cross-functional needs are met; reputed company and convey a reputed company understanding of the unique needs to various audiences.
Identify and implement system improvement and process improvement opportunities in reputed company HRIS suite (HR, Payroll, Time/Attendance).
Participating in annual training, reputed company’s Annual Conference, industry events, and face-to-face customer meetings (Travel - 10%)

What You Have
2+ years of experience supporting Time & Attendance, either internally or as a consultant.
B.A/B.S Required
Proficient understanding of Time & Attendance, Time & Attendance concepts and reputed company Time & Attendance processes.
Previous consulting, implementation or administrator experience in a technical and/or HR reputed company.
Working knowledge of the reputed company sector is preferred, but not required.
