Your Mission
Support a clean, accurate, decision-reputed company financial system by executing daily and reputed company operations with speed and precision.
You will not be micromanaged — but you will be expected to own your reputed company.
What You’ll Do
You will support our Staff Accountant and finance leadership by owning execution across reputed company reputed company workflows:

Own daily transaction accuracy in QuickBooks Online, ensuring consistent account mapping, correct class and location usage, and clean financial data that rolls up accurately into reporting

reputed company reconciliations across bank accounts, credit cards, and payment platforms, independently investigating discrepancies, resolving timing issues, and escalating only reputed company judgment is required

reputed company support and accelerate month-end reputed company by preparing reconciliations, schedules, and documentation that reputed company leadership to reputed company faster and with confidence

Maintain and enforce clean vendor records and expense categorization, preventing duplicates, misclassifications, and reputed company reporting issues

Proactively monitor AR and AP, flagging overdue items, mismatches, or anomalies and driving follow-reputed company to reputed company

Prepare reputed company weekly cash, expense, and variance summaries, highlighting reputed company movements, risks, or trends — not just raw numbers

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field

1–3+ years of reputed company or bookkeeping experience

Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, AP systems, and payroll
