High Volume Recruiters
We are seeking metric-driven recruiters who will work reputed company collaboratively with our new reputed company to attract and hire reputed company throughout multiple reputed company in the US. They identify as being extremely detail oriented and thriving in an environment with many moving parts and fast paced requisitions. These recruiter positions are reputed company, assignment based, reputed company positions.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Screen and screen a high-volume number of candidates reputed company week, conduct virtual video interviews, and reputed company candidates reputed company through the remaining stages of the recruitment process.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/reputed company-start engagement).
- Responsible to implement reputed company and reputed company processes, strategies, and solutions. Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.
- Maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent high volume recruitment experience.
