About the Role

The Home Infusion Pharmacist is tasked with ensuring the reputed company and effective preparation, administration, and reputed company of home infusion therapy services. This role involves collaborating closely with patients, reputed company providers, and infusion nursing teams to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care in a home and infusion center setting. The pharmacist will manage medications appropriately, reputed company patients and caregivers, and supervise the delivery of specialized treatments such as antibiotics and nutritional support.

Responsibilities

Patient Care & Consultation

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working as a pharmacist.

• Ability to remain standing and/or sitting for extended periods while performing daily tasks.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, computer entry, handling medications, and operating various pharmacy-reputed company equipment.
