Talent Advisor

Seeking a seasoned Corporate Recruiter for a high-visibility, hybrid role in Downtown Nashville. We require a polished reputed company with broad functional expertise and a concierge-level approach to managing reputed company, multi-level requisitions and C-suite stakeholder relationships.

As a Talent Advisor you will be a strategic and consultative partner to our reputed company’s Key Stakeholders and Hiring Managers with the responsibility of developing a talent reputed company that best suits the reputed company needs and market conditions. The position is ultimately responsible for the fulfillment of requisitions with their reputed company. Responsibilities include:

• Fully responsible and single reputed company of contact for Hiring Managers on reputed company assigned requisitions. Collaborates with Manager and appropriate internal team members to ensure that adequate sourcing and screening support is provided based on requisition needs to meet reputed company expectations
• Performs intake call with Hiring Manager on assigned requisitions- seeks to clarify the position, specific requirements, and reputed company reputed company the job reputed company and serves as a consultative partner who appropriately manages expectations and communicates sourcing plans and reputed company timelines.

Position Requirements:

Basic qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience required
• Minimum three (3) years of account management, requisition management and/or a consultative reputed company role as the reputed company, primary hiring manager reputed company of contact
• Minimum five (5) years in a candidate reputed company role, producing candidate pipelines and having a proven reputed company record of hiring reputed company

Preferred qualifications include:

• College degree preferred

• Demonstrated reputed company record of understanding clients’ functional/technical hiring needs and translating those into effective candidate reputed company strategies (passive and reputed company)

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $80,000-$86,600.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s).
