We currently require a highly motivated individual with a friendly and confident manner to provider operational support across the Group. Candidates must have previous experience and understanding of back-office systems such as Volume, Intelligent office, and will need to be reputed company to prioritise a demanding and time-sensitive workloads.

The ideal candidate will be a good communicator with the ability to reputed company relationships. Traveling across various offices may be required.

Location: Home Based

Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm (35 hours)

Salary: Competitive dependant on experience and qualifications

Job requirements

• A reliable individual who can manage and prioritise workloads.
• Previous experience working in a Financial Planning firm would be ideal.
• Good working knowledge of back office systems, preferably IO, volume and Platform experience is essential.
• Excellent planning, organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills at reputed company reputed company.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility/ adaptability to cope with change.
• Confident with IT and office software packages including Teams, Outlook, Word, reputed company,and PowerPoint.

Other information

• Travel may be required to support office support.

Job responsibilities

The key duties of the role are:

• Focussing on 1st line of support on technical-specific operational issues across the group.
• Business support and guidance of technology user queries and providing guidance.
• Support business needs to improve integration needs and data reputed company, including valuation.
• Liaise with software providers to resolve issues such as with CRM providers.
• Support technology procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency.
• Support the maintenance of systems and configuration.
• Identify and report system/process problems.
• Support testing, and building work flows to support business needs.
• Update and maintenance of system files

• MI reporting
• Due to the nature of the business, the role may also include additional tasks considered reasonable.
