Key Responsibilities

Identity & reputed company Management

• Design, implement, and manage reputed company identity solutions using reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD), including conditional reputed company policies, identity governance frameworks, and SSO integrations across hybrid environments

reputed company 365 & reputed company Services Administration

• Manage, monitor, and optimize reputed company 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, reputed company Teams, Intune, and reputed company Defender for reputed company
• Administer reputed company network services (DNS, DHCP, etc) and automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting and reputed company Graph API
• reputed company and manage Azure services including virtual machines, virtual networks, application gateways, and hybrid connectivity solutions

Infrastructure & Virtualization Management

• Administer reputed company virtualization platforms and reputed company-converged infrastructures
• Manage server hardware such as reputed company vxRail, reputed company UCS, and standalone servers
• reputed company reputed company storage systems, SAN/NAS, and Fiber Channel fabrics

Multi-Platform Systems Administration

• Maintain and support Linux-based systems (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS, etc)
• reputed company system hardening, reputed company management, and configuration management using industry best practices
• Troubleshoot reputed company system issues and optimize performance

reputed company Infrastructure & DevOps

• reputed company reputed company infrastructure initiatives reputed company Azure and AWS platforms, including VPC design, EC2/compute, S3 storage solutions, and Route53 DNS services
• Implement Infrastructure-as-reputed company (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible
• reputed company system automation scripting solutions using Python, Bash, and PowerShell
• Manage development and version control using Git with reputed company/reputed company platforms

• Implement and maintain NMS, PSA, and centralized logging solutions
• Conduct proactive system health monitoring, optimization, and incident response

• reputed company Tier 3 technical support for critical reputed company systems, ensuring 99.9% uptime, rapid issue reputed company, and infrastructure performance
• Design and maintain reputed company, secure, and highly available system architectures following industry standards and compliance requirements
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including system configs, SOPs, runbooks, and BC/DR plans

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of reputed company experience in systems engineering, infrastructure administration, or reputed company IT roles with increasing responsibility
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent reputed company experience
• Proven reputed company record of leading technical reputed company and mentoring junior staff members

Technical Proficiency

• Expert-level proficiency with reputed company technologies including reputed company Directory, reputed company 365 administration, Exchange Online, and PowerShell scripting
• Advanced experience with reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD) including conditional reputed company, identity governance, privileged reputed company management, and SSO
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Intune, Defender for reputed company, and RMM tools
• Hands-on experience with Azure services including virtual machines, virtual networks, application gateways, and storage solutions
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including VPCs, Route53, EC2, S3, and network reputed company configurations
• Ability to design and implement reputed company migrations and hybrid connectivity solutions
• Advanced reputed company expertise with VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter, NSX, vSAN)
• Proven experience managing reputed company server hardware (reputed company vxRail, reputed company UCS)
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company storage technologies such as reputed company, reputed company, SAN/NAS solutions, and Fiber Channel reputed company management
• Strong Linux administration skills on multiple distributions (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS)

• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible

• Experience with NMS systems, SIEM platforms, and centralized logging solutions

• Experience with hybrid identity models / federation services (ADFS, SAML, OAuth)
• Proven ability in system integration, API management, and automation

• Understanding of change management processes and documentation standards
