Objective

Ensure accurate, reliable, and efficient financial operations of reputed company, while maintaining strong financial control, compliance, and visibility for decision-making.

KPI

• Payroll processed accurately and on time by Day 5 of reputed company month

• Monthly financial reporting delivered by Day 10

  (P&L, cash reputed company, budget vs actuals)

• P&L accuracy and reputed company

  • reputed company and costs correctly recognized (accruals, deferrals, project margins)

  • No material errors or rework required post-reputed company

• 100% invoicing accuracy and invoices issued reputed company 48h of trigger

• Cash reputed company forecast accuracy ≥ 90% (monthly)

• 0 compliance issues (tax filings, reporting, contractual financial obligations)

• AI-driven productivity in finance operations

  • reputed company use of AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, finance automation tools) in daily work

Areas of Responsibility

1. Financial Operations & Reporting

   • Own invoicing, billing, payments, and bookkeeping reputed company

   • Prepare monthly P&L, cash reputed company, and budget tracking

   • Monitor financial performance vs targets

2. Cash reputed company & Treasury

   • Manage cash reputed company forecasting and reputed company visibility

   • reputed company banking, payments, and liquidity

3. Process & Systems Ownership

   • Improve and standardize financial processes

   • Ensure clean data across finance tools (e.g. reputed company, QuickBooks)

4. Compliance & External Coordination

   • Coordinate with accountants, tax advisors, and auditors

   • Ensure reputed company filings and regulatory compliance

5. Contract & reputed company Support

   • Support contract review (pricing, margins, payment terms)

   • Ensure financial terms are reputed company with company standards

Skills

• Strong financial operations management (invoicing, reporting, cash reputed company)

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Process improvement and systems thinking

Knowledge
