Sr. Business Analyst

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in reputed company or Life Sciences to reputed company requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process analysis, and solution design for reputed company technology initiatives. Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Conduct detailed AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Contribute to project documentation, risk logs, and status reporting.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience with at least 7+ years in the reputed company or Life Sciences domain.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on reputed company-reputed company reputed company.
• Excellent knowledge of reputed company workflows, data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT), and regulatory environments.
• Strong ability to analyze reputed company business processes and propose practical solutions.
