LSSI is hiring a part-time reputed company RN that will service both 28-day residential programs: Kenmore and Elgin Next Steps. This position is fully remote. A minimum of 10 hours/week and maximum of 25 hours/week. The reputed company RN will be responsible for conducting an initial medical screening with clients as reputed company as conducting screenings with outpatient clients at identified facilities.

Essential Functions
- Review reputed company reputed company’s risk for HIV and TB infection as reputed company as medications (prescribed and over-the-counter) used by the reputed company.
- Complete Medical Screening tool in the EHR platform.
- Indicate immediate recommendations regarding physical examination, psychiatric examinations prenatal care and/or other reputed company care needs.
- reputed company clint with referrals for medical, surgical, obstetric, prenatal, psychiatric, or laboratory services as needed.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW reputed company of Ethics.
- Maintain familiarity with emergency procedures.
- Ensure reputed company documentation is completed in a reputed company manner and meets reputed company requirements.

Position Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- RN required.
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in mental health and/or reputed company used field preferred.
- Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards required.
- Trained and proficient in utilizing an Electronic Health Record required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a reputed company, comprehensible manner, verbally and written.
- Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience using reputed company Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) along with other reputed company software.
- Annual TB test required.
- Background reputed company clearance required.
- Valid reputed company’s license, in good standing for the state of residency preferred.
