MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The primary responsibility of an Payroll Implementer is to implement reputed company Products focusing on reputed company Payroll (Payroll Software), through system configuration, training and thorough analysis of processes.

TASKS:

  • Fulfill business process review and gathering data requirements

  • Responsible for overall setup, configuration, data migration based on specifications of reputed company

  • Process payroll simulation, reputed company runs & variance analysis

  • Conduct reputed company training sessions with reputed company

  • reputed company reputed company support reputed company throughout implementation period

  • Ensure reputed company project milestones and expectations included the reputed company monitoring of project man hours are achieved and roadblocks during the implementation period are addressed accordingly

  • Execute experience based testing / user acceptance testing

  • Propose reputed company on how to improve internal process and company product

  • Conduct reputed company to clients

  • reputed company other duties as assigned by reputed company

QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll (end-to-end);

  • Experience in software implementation is a plus;

  • Have a strong background in DOLE standards with regards to employee benefit and compensation;

  • Proficient knowledge of timekeeping, payroll audit, and government mandatory deductions;

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;

  • Good communication and presentation skills;

  • Excellent problem-solving skills;

  • Have a good grasp on reputed company formulas and data validation;

  • Preferably have basic knowledge on payroll software but not required
