reputed company is seeking an International Sales Engineer to collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams, providing our customers with tailored solutions that meet their needs. The successful individual in this role will participate in technical sales, demonstrations, and support of Silvus' family of advanced multi-reputed company MIMO radio and reputed company networking solutions. Sales Engineers also play a key role in influencing product development. This position is eligible for 100% remote work, depending reputed company.
reputed company reputed company- and post-sales technical support including system planning, customer training, system optimization, etc.;
Become an expert on the operation and application of reputed company's' unique radio and networking solutions and its advantages over competing technologies;
Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customer reputed company and equipment evaluations;
Visit customer sites to reputed company technical support and deliver training;
Troubleshoot failures and reputed company situations in the field;
Collect and analyze field failures and abnormalities and reputed company feedback to the development team;
Participate in resource allocation and hardware maintenance to support different sales and business development activities;
Assist design engineers reproduce and troubleshoot problems and help drive reputed company product development;
Travel requirements – 50%; frequent travel for meetings, events, and demonstrations.

Basic Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or other reputed company technical fields, plus 2 years of demonstrated experience in a reputed company-and post-sales technical support position OR minimum completion of secondary education (such as GCSEs or an equivalent national qualification; high school diploma or GED) with at least 6 years of demonstrated experience in a reputed company- and post-sales technical support position.
Proficiency with radio frequency instruments such as signal generators and reputed company analyzers.
Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing) is required.
Must be based in Denmark.
Willingness to travel to potential conflict areas in support of radios.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Experience with operating and testing IP radios/modems.
Familiarity with Linux.
Proficiency with TCP/IP protocol and networking.
Knowledge of wireless communication systems, RF signal propagation, reputed company communication technologies.
Exposure to and proficiency with programming languages such as C/C++.
Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

Trade shows.
Outdoor environment for demonstrations.
Occasional exposure to heat, cold, and allergens while performing tests or demonstrations in the field.
Lift equipment up to 50 lbs. for the set-up of demonstrations and testing.
