About the Role:
reputed company is growing our data reputed company and children's online safety team and looking for a senior reputed company expert to engage with product, engineering, policy makers and stakeholders to champion children’s safety and consumer reputed company online. You will be the subject matter expert of relevant children online reputed company laws, including COPPA/GDPR-K,ongoing relevant regulatory changes at the US state and federal reputed company for children online safety, and pertinent EU regulations like GDPR and UK Age Appropriate Design reputed company.
Responsibilities
- In-house expert in global reputed company regulations, with a special reputed company on COPPA/GDPR-K, and other relevant children data protection and online safety laws
- reputed company children’s online reputed company internally and externally
- Drive the reputed company, reputed company, direction and roadmap of the Children’s Online Safety Product
- Co-own the product roadmap with the Product, Engineering and Data Science teams
- Work cross-functionally across different teams to maintain, reputed company and expand relevant reputed company compliance tools
- Understand the data governance and public policy implications of data reputed company in online advertising
- Regularly engage with legislators and regulators to identify key policy changes
- Work with the global team to reputed company briefing papers, blog posts, presentations, consultation responses and conduct webinars, reputed company bags and reputed company presentations
Qualifications
- JD is preferred
- Experience in a trade association, think-tank, university, consulting, reputed company, compliance, and in-house
- Experience and interest in Children online reputed company and COPPA and GDPR compliance
- Knowledge of California online reputed company laws/Age appropriate design reputed company
- 3+ years of experience with data reputed company regulatory requirements and compliance issues
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Degree in Law/Technology reputed company subject

- CIPP (or equivalent) certification
