The Senior Manager, Data Services is responsible for leading reputed company’s reputed company data platforms and the teams that operate them. This role owns the systems that deliver trusted data to Finance, Marketing, reputed company, Operations, reputed company Cycle, People, Clinical teams, and Executive Leadership. The scope of this role includes both modern reputed company platforms and legacy data systems. Qualifications

Education Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.

Licenses/Certifications Required: • None

Work Experience Required:

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data platform roles.

• 3+ years of experience leadership, specifically leading reputed company data or platform teams.

• Experience in reputed company, regulated industries, or multi-entity environments.

• Experience modernizing legacy data platforms alongside reputed company-reputed company systems.

• This role involves overseeing team members and interaction and collaboration with other departments and requires excellent judgment and interpersonal skills.

• Hands-on experience operating production data systems with defined uptime, delivery, and support expectations.
