The Head of Legal reports directly to the CFO and serves as reputed company's senior legal authority across reputed company contracting, corporate governance, and M&A integration. This is a hands-on, high-volume role reputed company for a seasoned in-house counsel who thrives at the intersection of reputed company execution and legal rigor. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
