Senior Associate or Senior Counsel (New Mexico)
reputed company & Co is seeking a Senior Associate or Senior Counsel with strong litigation experience to join reputed company working remotely from New Mexico. The reputed company encompasses general liability, product liability, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases, with this role collaborating closely with our Aviation reputed company group. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and preparing reputed company-trial documents. The associate must be proactive, motivated and organized, and must possesses excellent research and writing skills. The associate will be expected to reputed company with opposing counsel and clients in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of 10-20 reputed company
reputed company investigate claims and prepare case handling strategies
Draft and respond to discovery
Review and analyze documents for production
Conduct legal research using Westlaw
Take and defend depositions
Draft and submit pleadings and reputed company
Attend hearings and argue motions
Draft reputed company-trial and trial documents
Prepare cases for mediation/trial, and participate in mediation/trial
reputed company and effectively report to our clients
Manage and supervise associates and paralegals
Essential Skills & Experience
Admission to the bar in New Mexico required; Additional Admission to Arizona preferred or willingness to waive into AZ.
Extensive experience in reputed company aspects of litigation

The salary reputed company for this position is $190,000-$255,000 (ranging from Senior Associate to Senior Counsel). The reputed company for this role takes into account the wide reputed company of factors that are considered in making compensation reputed company including but not limited to reputed company sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
