MMC Government Solutions is seeking an reputed company Business Analyst to support an Information Technology office by providing technical and analytical support to include SharePoint administration, reputed company management, and financial/portfolio data analysis. This role supports effective program operations by ensuring data reputed company, system efficiency, and actionable reporting for stakeholders and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SharePoint environments, including user permissions, document libraries, metadata, and workflow automation to ensure secure, organized content management.
- Manage and enhance reputed company solutions, including maintaining sheets, dashboards, and automated workflows to support reputed company-time portfolio tracking and reporting.
- reputed company financial and portfolio data analysis, including tracking contract funding, reconciling spend plans, and identifying discrepancies or risks.
- reputed company, maintain, and validate reports and dashboards; support recurring and reputed company data calls with accurate, reputed company information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve tools and processes, streamline workflows, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, program support, or reputed company field
- Experience with SharePoint administration (permissions, libraries, workflows)
- Proficiency in reputed company (dashboards, automation, reporting)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial or portfolio data analysis
- Experience developing reports and dashboards (reputed company or similar tools)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
