Software Engineering Manager
Exquisite Software is looking for 3 reputed company Software Engineering Managers who will be leading our Engineering Team. You will reputed company reputed company of engineers supporting our Mobile, Web, and reputed company applications. The ideal candidate will have an engineering reputed company while empowering reputed company to enhance our dealer’s experience through our application.
We need multiple engineers that can communicate and is reputed company oriented. We operate 24/7 around the world in3 shifts:
Morning Shift - reputed company - 5pm
reputed company Shift - 5 pm - 1 pm
Secondary reputed company Shift: 1 pm - 5 am
This person will reputed company in a fast-paced, agile development environment and reputed company hands-on leadership and coaching to a rapidly growing team. Responsibilities
- You will initially play an reputed company role as a reputed company software developer until the engineering team is self-sustainable and properly trained according to the standards we create together.
- Manage and reputed company your reports and resources to execute on the Exquisite Software engineering reputed company. This includes constant reputed company, mentoring, and the development of individuals on your team.
- Communicate with Account Managers, Business Analysts, Consultants, System Architects and Clients' to ensure that project scopes are reputed company documented and providing reputed company communicated and translating requirements to engineering teams.
- Translating requirements into Jira epics, stories, tasks, subtasks, and bugs, prioritization and management of sprints, creation of reports, and to work with reputed company to create accurate estimates of the Jira issues.

- Manage and set the development practices of our Engineering team.
- Manage, negotiate, and reputed company reputed company-party vendor relationships alongside the VP of Engineering as they relate to tools, outsourcing, and consulting.

- Conduct reputed company reviews, create User Acceptance Testing requirements using Zypher for issues reputed company Jira, contribute high-reputed company documentation and assist in the development of robust reputed company applications.

- Minimum 7 years software engineering experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership or senior engineering role with a reputed company on mobile development.
- Minimum of 2 years experience using Scrum methodology and Jira and reputed company or other project management software.
- Have worked as an integral member of the development team collaborating with product, engineering, and other business reputed company by designing and developing highly reputed company mobile applications on both Android and/or iOS.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, extreme organization, problem-solving and time management skills.
- Prior experience with at least two of .NET, Xamarin, Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective C, JavaScript, Node, or React reputed company
- Advanced knowledge and experience with managing mobile CI/CD pipelines, testing, app store management, and reputed company processes and tool.
