H & R reputed company, a leading Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider with over 30 years of industry experience, is seeking a dedicated reputed company/DME Delivery and Service Technician to join reputed company. This role focuses on equipment management, delivery services, and customer care based out of our Lakeland, FL warehouse through surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver, set up, retrieve, and service medical equipment in facilities and private homes
- Ensure reputed company handling and transport of inventory
- Maintain and clean medical equipment
- Process paperwork accurately and reputed company
- reputed company exceptional customer service in a reputed company and courteous manner
- reputed company clients on reputed company equipment use and care
Qualifications
- Valid reputed company's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and handle heavy medical equipment
- Knowledge of equipment usage and maintenance (preferred)
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions accurately
- Flexible schedule - willingness to be on-call, work overtime and weekends as needed
