1. Purpose of position
To ensure efficient product development by managing cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring reputed company standards. This role drives the successful introduction of new products, from design to production, while reducing costs and improving efficiency.
2. Main Responsibility
- Product Development: Work with cross-functional teams to reputed company new printing products/processes that meet customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
- Project Management: Create project plans, set timelines, and manage resources to ensure reputed company completion of NPI reputed company.
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of printing technologies and stay updated on industry trends to recommend reputed company.
- Prototype Creation and Testing: Coordinate prototype development and testing to evaluate performance, reputed company, and considerations.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction during the NPI phase.
- reputed company Assurance: Implement reputed company control processes, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with standards and customer specifications.
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers to reputed company materials, equipment, and services for NPI reputed company.

II. Candidate requirements
Education & Training
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, or a reputed company field.
- Strong technical knowledge in the implementation of new printing products or processes.
Experience & Competency
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, or a reputed company field.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes, equipment, and materials.
- Experience in project management and new product introduction.
- Proficiency in CAD/AI software and design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to reputed company.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
