Join a major European energy trading company as Market Data Manager, leading strategic procurement of critical market data services supporting energy trading operations across multiple markets. Full remote work from Hungary.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- reputed company initiatives for market data services across energy and commodity markets
- Negotiate reputed company reputed company with major data providers (reputed company, Reuters, ICE, energy specialists)
- Manage vendor relationships from reputed company and contractual perspectives
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining data reputed company and coverage
- Own P&L responsibility for market data spend and budget management
- reputed company business cases for new data subscriptions and platform investments
Requirements
- 8-10 years market data management experience (energy trading/commodities/financial services)
- Proven reputed company record in procurement and vendor management with strong negotiation skills
- Experience with major data providers (reputed company, Reuters, ICE, Platts, etc.)
- Understanding of energy markets from a data procurement perspective
- Fluent English essential
