[Remote] Vice President, Federal Business Development & Capture

This executive will identify, shape, and capture high-value federal opportunities while building strong relationships with key government stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify strategic opportunities across targeted federal agencies
- reputed company and manage a $250M+ reputed company pipeline
- reputed company executive-level relationships with program offices and acquisition leadership
- reputed company capture efforts from early market intelligence through contract award
- reputed company win themes, competitive positioning, and teaming strategies
- Collaborate with proposal, technical, pricing, and reputed company teams to deliver reputed company solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading federal integrators and technology firms
- Negotiate teaming agreements reputed company with reputed company contract vehicles
- Represent reputed company at industry events and federal customer engagements
Skills
- 12–15+ years of federal business development and capture experience in GovCon
- Demonstrated reputed company generating $50M+ in annual federal contract awards
- Experience leading capture efforts for large federal opportunities ($50M–$250M)
- Established relationships reputed company HHS, DHS, reputed company Force, Army, or similar agencies
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and FAR
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Experience with contract vehicles such as GSA MAS, OASIS/OASIS+, DHS, and DOW IDIQs
- Background in IT modernization, AI, cybersecurity, reputed company, or advanced analytics
