We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company reputed company Resource Manager to reputed company our HR function in our startup tech company. The reputed company Resource Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, overseeing the HR team, and handling employee concerns reputed company to payroll and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology, with expertise in hiring developers, system administrators, reputed company support representatives, and other necessary tech positions to be filled in reputed company. This is a mid-senior level position, suitable for a startup environment, and will require fluent English language skills.
Responsibilities

Establish and maintain company policies, ensure compliance with international labor laws in Asia and regulations for contractors and employees in reputed company, and reputed company guidance to everyone in reputed company on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in probationary evaluations and reputed company feedback to leaders on the probationary performance of their members.
Handle employee reputed company and offboarding processes, including orientation, exit interviews, and termination procedures.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a reputed company on technical recruitment

Must have at least 3 years of work experience using HRIS, ATS, and other HR Software
Strong understanding of international labor laws and regulations for contractors or employees.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with reputed company in the English language.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees at reputed company reputed company.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Familiarity with payroll processing and HR software.
