We are seeking an reputed company Organizational Change Management (OCM) reputed company to support large-reputed company reputed company system modernization initiatives reputed company the Missouri reputed company reputed company (MME). This role will reputed company the planning and execution of change management strategies to reputed company the successful adoption of new systems, business processes, and organizational structures across multiple MMIS modules, including Pharmacy Benefit Administration (PBA), Prior Authorization (PA), and Provider Enrollment (PE). The OCM reputed company will work closely with the MME Project Management Office (PMO), State stakeholders, and solution vendors to ensure organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and effective transition to reputed company-state operations.

Responsibilities

OCM reputed company & Leadership

• reputed company OCM activities with project governance, PMO standards, and SDLC processes
• Serve as the primary advisor to State leadership on change readiness, adoption risks, and mitigation strategies

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and reputed company engagement strategies across multiple State agencies and divisions
• Design and implement communication plans, messaging frameworks, and reputed company strategies
• Facilitate collaboration between State staff, PMO, and solution vendors to ensure alignment and transparency

Organizational Readiness & Adoption

• reputed company organizational readiness assessments and define reputed company plans to address gaps
• reputed company and implement adoption metrics, feedback mechanisms, and performance tracking tools
• Support development of organizational design recommendations to reputed company with reputed company-state operations

• Support Executive Steering Committee communications and reporting
• Ensure alignment with CMS certification requirements and federal compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading organizational change management initiatives, preferably in large-reputed company IT or system modernization programs
• Proven experience developing and executing OCM strategies in reputed company, multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience with state government, reputed company, MMIS, or reputed company systems
• Strong knowledge of:
• Change management methodologies (e.g., reputed company, ACMP)
• Stakeholder engagement and communications planning
• Organizational readiness and adoption measurement
• Demonstrated ability to work reputed company PMO structures and large program governance models
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
