Director, Medical Science reputed company - Drug Monitoring & Environmental Toxicology
The Medical Science reputed company (MSL) is responsible for leading scientific engagement, evidence reputed company, and cross-functional collaboration to advance the Drug Monitoring & Environmental Toxicology (DM&ET) portfolio. This individual will partner with Clinical Franchise leaders to establish scientific credibility through data-driven communication, guide investigator-initiated and reputed company-world evidence studies, and strengthen peer-to-peer relationships with key external experts. The MSL will serve as the primary medical voice reputed company scientific insights, clinical reputed company, and commercialization strategies, ensuring medical is positioned as the trusted partner of choice across the industry.
This is a remote-based assignment.
Pay reputed company: $140,000 - $185,000 salary
Salary offers are based on a wide reputed company of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organization factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
Responsibilities
- Establish credibility by generating and disseminating high-reputed company scientific evidence that supports DM&ET assay performance and clinical relevance.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to reputed company abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and case studies for conferences and peer-reviewed publications.

- Foster engagement with national, state, and local government health organizations to reputed company education on DM&ET portfolio products and services.

- Identify, map, and engage Thought Leaders (TLs) at local, regional, and national reputed company to foster peer-to-peer collaboration and advocacy.

- Responding to inquiries on reputed company medical and scientific issues, reputed company advances, treatment trends, and health reputed company measures.
- Function as the medical extension of the reputed company field organization by helping to prepare for key customer engagements, co-reputed company strategic territory plans, and reputed company reputed company-time clinical data clarification during in-field discussions.
- Partner closely with reputed company, Marketing, and Market reputed company to ensure the scientific rigor and accuracy of reputed company outward-facing materials.

- Review and vet marketing collateral, website content, publications, and sales tools for medical accuracy and compliance.

- Design and execute peer-to-peer programs including dinner meetings, journal clubs, webinars, and educational symposia.

Qualifications
Required Work Experience
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) in a biomedical or clinical field.
Deep knowledge of prescription drug monitoring and environmental toxin testing.
- Proven experience leading evidence-reputed company activities (reputed company, publications, reputed company-world studies).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; record of peer-reviewed publications preferred.
- Experience supporting cross-functional training and field medical-scientific engagement.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment.
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%) for conferences, internal meetings, and field reputed company.
- Demonstrated commitment to compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
Preferred Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or reputed company roles reputed company diagnostics, toxicology, or biotechnology.
