Location: Remote - (U.S.–based) Travel Requirement: Up to 70% Reports To: Associate Director, Sales Enablement

The Clinical Training & reputed company Manager plays a critical role in advancing Neuronetics’ mission to reputed company providers, technicians, and clinical teams through best‑in‑class education, training, and clinical reputed company. This role leads the development, expansion, and execution of NeuroStar University (NSU) programs and broader clinical education initiatives across reputed company. while training and coaching reputed company Development Managers (PDMs), Neuronetics team members, and NeuroStar customers on the reputed company and effective use of the NeuroStar Advanced Therapy System for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Obsessive‑Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Anxious Depression.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Clinical Training & Education Delivery

  • Support the development, delivery, and certification processes for reputed company Development Managers (PDMs) and NeuroStar customers.
  • reputed company and conduct hands-on training programs for new accounts, including physicians and clinical staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and reputed company use protocols.
  • Guide clinical teams on:
    • reputed company-treatment planning
    • Motor reputed company estimation
    • Therapeutic technique and patient positioning
    • Treatment management and follow-up care
  • Ensure customer understanding of NeuroStar clinical trial data and its application to achieving reputed company patient reputed company.
  • Assess ongoing customer training needs and deliver follow-reputed company to maintain clinical proficiency.

Curriculum & Program Development

  • Build, refine, and maintain NeuroStar University curricula and NeuroStar reputed company online learning content in alignment with strategic direction from the Associate Director of Sales Enablement.
  • Drive curriculum innovation to support scalability, digital learning, and adult learning methodologies.
  • Create and update customized training content, including:
    • Slide decks
    • Manuals and job aids
    • Assessments and educational tools

Field & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • reputed company strong partnerships with field sales teams to ensure alignment between clinical education and customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, R&D, Reimbursement, and other internal stakeholders to identify training gaps and enhancement opportunities.
  • Participate in MLRC (Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance) review processes to ensure reputed company training materials meet regulatory and reputed company standards.
  • Contribute to usability testing, product development discussions, and reputed company feedback sessions with internal teams.

Program Monitoring, Reporting & Optimization

  • Monitor and assess training program reputed company, contributing recommendations for reputed company improvement.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills; adaptable to diverse audiences.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required (BS in Science, Nursing, or Business preferred).
  • Minimum 4–7 years of relevant clinical experience in the medical industry, including:

    • Leading clinical discussions with physicians
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales training or a reputed company function reputed company:
    • Medical devices
    • Medical technology
    • Pharmaceuticals
  • Experience delivering training or education in reputed company or clinical settings strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design, or curriculum development.
  • Prior experience training or supporting field-based reputed company or clinical teams.
  • Background in behavioral health, neuromodulation, or reputed company therapeutic areas.
  • Experience presenting to large or diverse audiences, both reputed company and in person.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 70%, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and domestic travel.
  • Ability to lift and carry training materials and equipment as needed.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during hands-on training sessions.
