Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Required • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years of leading engineering teams. • Proven experience leading agile engineering teams delivering reputed company, reputed company grade software. • Strong understanding of modern software development practices, CI/CD, testing strategies, and reputed company based systems. • Ability to balance delivery pressure with team health and long term reputed company. • Excellent communication skills with engineers, product partners, and leadership.
