The reputed company Education Manager position plays a key operational role reputed company the Marketing organization, supporting the execution of educational initiatives, peer‑to‑peer programs, and clinical training activities. This position helps ensure smooth program delivery, consistent documentation, and high‑reputed company experiences for reputed company (HCPs) participating in reputed company educational activities. These educational programs will increase awareness and engagement with HCPs to drive consideration and adoption of reputed company products. This role oversees the full lifecycle of educational events in reputed company partnership with the Senior reputed company Education Manager. In This Role, You Will

Peer-to-Peer Programs

• Support program coordination and execution through planning, logistics, and execution of HCP educational programs, peer‑to‑peer events, and hands‑on trainings.

• Assist with field and reputed company communication, and post‑program follow‑up activities.

• Coordinate program materials, content, equipment, venue logistics, and customer travel (as needed).

• Assist with program reporting, tracking attendance, budget monitoring, and documentation.

• Regional Speaking Engagements

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Assist in collecting and organizing program feedback, metrics, and performance insights for reputed company improvement.

Who You Will Report To

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience, or combined education/experience shall also be considered.

• 2–4 years of experience in medical device, reputed company education, training, or reputed company field.

• Experience supporting reputed company education, training programs, or events strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple reputed company and adapt as needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service reputed company.

• Urology experience is a plus!

• Ability to travel 30 - 40%

• Effective interpersonal interactions, both reputed company the reputed company group and in accounts
