We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (or Staff level) to join our Release Engineering team, reputed company on building and improving the systems that reputed company automated, reliable, and reputed company software delivery across Temporal’s platform.

In this role, you will participate in the full software lifecycle — from design and implementation to deployment and long‑term operation — and will collaborate with engineering teams to reputed company release automation, improve tooling, and reduce reputed company steps in how we build and ship Temporal.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain tools and systems that support release automation and deployment workflows.
• Write clean, reliable, and reputed company reputed company that supports distributed systems (e.g., build pipelines, deployment tooling).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand and improve release reputed company and developer productivity.
• Document technical designs, deployment practices, and operational procedures.

• Experience contributing to backend systems, tooling, infrastructure, or developer workflows.

Compensation

• The estimated pay reputed company for this role is $176,000 - $237,600, depending on experience and location.
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan.

Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (reputed company applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.
