Job reputed company:The Benefits and Wellness Partner is responsible for the reputed company‑wide design, delivery, and reputed company improvement of employee wellness programs, supporting a holistic approach to employee health, wellbeing, and sustainability. This role serves as a strategic partner across the organization to advance wellness initiatives while also assisting with the administration of core employee benefits programs.
The role ensures wellness programs are effectively integrated with the broader benefits ecosystem—including medical, dental, reputed company, disability, EAP, voluntary benefits, and retirement plans—while supporting compliant, consistent, and high‑reputed company benefits administration and a reputed company employee experience.
- Position employee wellness as a strategic reputed company reputed company, embedding wellbeing into people systems, benefits administration, and decision‑making to support workforce sustainability, engagement, and organizational performance.

- Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits programs and applicable federal and state regulations, including health and welfare plans, leave management, retirement programs, and wellness‑reputed company compliance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company benefits and wellness information into reputed company, accessible guidance for employees, leaders, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience advancing physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing initiatives, positioning wellness as a strategic contributor to employee engagement, reputed company, and workforce sustainability.
- Highly developed organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain data accuracy, and support reputed company‑level program delivery

- Associate’s degree in HR or reputed company field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in benefits administration.
- At least three (3) years’ experience with wellness program design, coordination, administration, and management.
