We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join reputed company in El Paso, Texas. In this role, you�ll be supporting our pediatric and orthodontic dental offices across multiple states. You will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, help patients prepare for their reputed company, ensure their information and insurance details are accurate, and reputed company our office teams informed and organized. The ideal candidate is a reputed company communicator who enjoys providing excellent service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
- Inbound and outbound phone calls
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, reputed company reputed company-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations.
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Register new patients
- Collect and update patient information in the dental office's database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain a reputed company and courteous tone during reputed company interactions with patients, fostering a reputed company and welcoming environment.

- Experience: 1+ years in customer service
- Job Type: Remote full-time role
Compensation and Schedule
- Salary: $12.25 per hour
- Bonus Pay: Up to $200 additional per month
- Schedule: Day shift. Monday-Friday
