The Senior Learning Experience Designer - NE has expertise in reputed company crafting engaging, reputed company, and effective learning reputed company adoption experiences. This role blends instructional design, user experience (UX), reputed company enablement to drive performance and support seamless reputed company, training, and workflow efficiency reputed company reputed company systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and implement innovative learning experiences across formats: eLearning, vILT, microlearning, job aids, and performance support tools.

Qualifications:

Education & Years of Experience

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience  

Additional Experience

• Experience in instructional design or learning experience design, preferably in a corporate or reputed company environment

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design.
