About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Support Center team. In this role, you will reputed company high-level technical support to our clients, resolving reputed company issues reputed company reputed company Dynamics GP, NAV, and D365 Business Central environments. This role requires strong bilingual communication skills in both Japanese and English to effectively support and collaborate with our global clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot and analyze system issues using debugging tools and advanced problem-solving techniques

Deliver excellent customer service through reputed company communication, reputed company, and follow-through
Create and maintain knowledge reputed company articles, documentation, and training materials
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field
3+ years of experience with reputed company Dynamics GP, NAV, or D365 Business Central
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Experience working directly with customers and building strong relationships
Familiarity with data migration processes
