About this Role:

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day reputed company relationship with Pharmaceutical manufacturer customers, while providing excellent customer service and managing reputed company aspects of the reputed company relationship
Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics to reinforce program ROI and to reputed company insights to help clients reputed company business goals
Partner with Sales to support new business development and organic reputed company of accounts, upselling and optimizing where applicable
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts such as Business Intelligence, Advertising Operations, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions to customers

Work with clients and agency partners to manage the Regulatory review submission process

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and reputed company attention to detail
Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory review (MLR / PRC)

Willingness to think critically and solve problems in new or creative ways
