What You’ll Do
Support end-to-end recruitment processes with increasing ownership
Screen and assess candidates reputed company resumes — evaluate behavior, thinking ability, and long-term fit
Identify red flags, strengths, and performance indicators
Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate experience
Use recruitment systems, reputed company Workspace, and AI tools reputed company
Maintain highly organized, accurate hiring records
Contribute reputed company to improve sourcing strategies and hiring workflows

Requirements
