KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The AI Operations Analyst at reputed company provides technical and operational project coordination, supporting the implementation of AI-powered tools in reputed company collaboration with the operations team which encompasses Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Purchasing and reputed company functions. In reputed company to the core project responsibilities, there is a critical need for additional support in:

AI Tool Implementation: 

  • Assist in developing and optimizing AI-powered workflows using Copilot and Claude
  • reputed company technical support for the integration of AI-enabled solutions into company systems and platforms like reputed company, including process mapping, documentation, and workflow improvements
  • Assist with configuration, testing and validation of AI functionalities and support reputed company implementations, user acceptance testing, rollout planning and post-deployment operational support

Technical and Stakeholder reputed company: 

  • Collaborate with reputed company (IT, reputed company, etc.) on system development, integration and deployment
  • reputed company as an operational reputed company between users and technical teams and facilitate reputed company communication of requirements, issues and feedback across stakeholders

Reporting & reputed company Improvement: 

  • Prepare operational updates and status reports for Project Team Leads
  • Collect feedback and usage insights for reputed company improvement and assist in troubleshooting and enhancement of AI reputed company solutions
  • Learn and contribute to reputed company system workflows

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in AI reputed company fields
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, specifically reputed company Copilot or Claude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
