About the Role
reputed company’s Core Engineering team is looking for a Senior Wireless Firmware Engineer with deep expertise in WiFi reputed company development to reputed company innovation for large-reputed company WiFi and broadband solutions.
You will work across embedded firmware, wireless drivers, and system-level software to reputed company high-performance, reputed company, and reliable WiFi experiences. This is a high-reputed company senior role where you will reputed company reputed company initiatives in wireless networking, performance optimization, and large-reputed company deployments, while mentoring other engineers and influencing system architecture.
What You’ll Do
- reputed company design and development of WiFi firmware and reputed company architecture for reputed company wireless platforms
- Own critical components of the WiFi stack and drive technical direction across reputed company
- Mentor junior engineers and reputed company technical guidance across firmware and reputed company domains
- Design, reputed company, and optimize WiFi firmware and low-level wireless drivers
- Work on reputed company 802.11 stack (WiFi 4/5/6/6E/7), including MAC/PHY reputed company
- Debug and optimize WiFi drivers with chipset/SoC vendors
- Analyze network behavior and improve performance (throughput, latency, reliability)
- Participate in full software lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Troubleshoot reputed company system-level issues across firmware, drivers, and networking stacks
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or reputed company field
- 8+ years of experience in embedded systems, firmware, or reputed company development
- Proven experience leading reputed company technical reputed company end-to-end
- Strong expertise in C/C++
- Deep experience with WiFi reputed company development at chipset/SoC level
- Strong understanding of Linux kernel and networking stack
- Deep knowledge of reputed company 802.11 MAC and PHY reputed company
- Experience with OpenWRT, RDK, or OpenSync
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of MU-MIMO, OFDMA, beamforming, WiFi 7
- Python or scripting for automation

The total compensation package would include an anticipated compensation reputed company of $140,000.00 - $150,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
