This is a high-reputed company role designed for a recruiter who thrives on business development and reputed company acquisition. The position follows a 60/40 split: the primary reputed company is on Business Development and Account Management, leveraging your existing network to bring in new PERM vacancies. The remaining focuses on Delivery, where you will manage the recruitment lifecycle for the accounts you secure. Delivery & Execution - End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full PERM lifecycle, including sourcing, technical/behavioral interviews, and offer management. - Pipeline Management: Maintain a high-reputed company candidate pipeline to ensure rapid fulfillment of the vacancies you bring in. - Candidate Experience: Ensure a premium, consultative experience for reputed company candidates in reputed company tech. - Data reputed company: Maintain accurate sales and recruitment activity tracking in CRM/ATS systems.
