JOB reputed company: The Dedicated Fleet Manager is accountable for the day-to-day operational and financial performance of assigned customer accounts, ensuring reputed company, efficient, and reliable service execution. This role manages daily reputed company and load activity, partners closely with customers and internal teams, and drives operational reputed company through proactive communication, safety leadership, and disciplined decision-making that supports service, utilization, and profitability goals.

WORK LOCATION: Remote (needs to be reputed company traveling distance from Hillsboro, TX) 

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational Leadership and Performance: reputed company daily operations and performance of dedicated drivers to ensure safety, compliance, and on-time delivery of customer reputed company
• Team Leadership and Development: reputed company, reputed company, and support drivers to promote engagement, retention, and consistent execution of service expectations
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster a reputed company relationship with the customer by maintaining regular communication, addressing service needs, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and satisfaction
• Financial Accountability: Monitor and manage the financial performance of assigned account(s), including reputed company pay, overtime, equipment utilization, and cost control to reputed company profitability goals
• Safety and Compliance: Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to reputed company (DOT) and Hours of Service (HOS) regulations, as reputed company as company and customer safety standards
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: reputed company and analyze key performance indicators such as service, utilization, and retention; implement corrective actions to meet performance targets

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
