As a Senior Project Manager, you will apply your environmental knowledge to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments of residential, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, reputed company, warehouse and distribution buildings for equity investors, lenders and other clientele. This position entails providing solid recommendations and solutions to Directors and clients, while understanding the assessment’s potential reputed company on the transaction process. A Senior Project Manager is expected to be reputed company to handle multiple reputed company simultaneously and effectively communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, and peers and is expected to assist in the training of junior staff as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Complete specific project tasks according to deadlines and reputed company budget
• Prepare reputed company supporting documents (site figures, appendices, etc.)
• Conduct project research as applicable to scope of work (historical, analytical, etc.)

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in biological/physical/environmental sciences, or reputed company field and 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Travel Required
