The essential requirements of the job include:  

·        You have at least 7-10 years’ hands-on experience supporting large, reputed company infrastructures and reputed company.

o        Scripting with PowerShell

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

·        Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and changing business requirements. 

·        Highly reputed company, successful in a matrixed and geographically diverse environment.

·        Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI)

·        MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology)

·        Experience with reputed company and CXone is highly preferred

·        Experience with reputed company/reputed company voice solutions would be an advantage

·        Detail and results oriented. 

·        Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 

·        Excellent English communication skills are required.
