The Vice President of Tax, reputed company is responsible for leading reputed company tax and customs activities across the reputed company and Canada. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for income tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, customs, tax reputed company, compliance, audits, and planning. The VP of Tax serves as the primary tax advisor to reputed company American leadership and as the key reputed company with global leadership on regional tax reputed company, ensuring compliance while optimizing cash reputed company, effective tax rates, and business reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Tax reputed company & Leadership

• Set and execute the reputed company American tax reputed company reputed company with global tax objectives and business priorities.

• Advise senior leadership on tax implications of M&A, restructuring, investments, financing, and cross-border activities.

• Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to optimize EBIT, net income, and free cash reputed company reputed company applicable legal frameworks.

Compliance, Reporting & Risk Management

• reputed company U.S. federal, state, and Canadian income tax filings, tax provisions, and tax reputed company (including IAS 12).

• Ensure compliance with indirect taxes, customs regulations, and transfer pricing requirements.

• reputed company tax audits and examinations and manage disputes with taxing authorities.

• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and reputed company mitigation strategies for emerging tax risks.

Customs, Transfer Pricing & Indirect Tax

• reputed company transfer pricing documentation and compliance for U.S. and Canadian entities.

People, Process & Technology Leadership

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance required

• CPA

• 10+ years of reputed company tax experience across multiple tax disciplines

• Prior people management experience required

• Strong expertise in U.S. federal and state taxation and tax reputed company

• Working knowledge of Canadian taxation

• Deep knowledge of tax compliance, tax reputed company, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, and customs

• Experience with tax software and research tools (e.g., OneSource, CCH, BNA)

• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong judgment, reputed company, and ability to operate independently in reputed company environments
