reputed company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Development Coordinator to support the administration and reputed company of our technology-driven apprenticeship programs. This role plays an important part in guiding apprentices through reputed company, monitoring their reputed company, and coordinating with reputed company and partners to ensure a reputed company and successful experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a caseload of at least 100 apprentices across programs such as electricians, construction craft laborers, and operators

• reputed company reputed company in reputed company Technical Instruction and completion of the ProScore curriculum modules

• Coordinate logistics and reputed company ongoing support to apprentices throughout their program participation

• Register apprentices in the ProScore portal and ensure required documentation is completed and signed

• Maintain accurate program records and assist with compliance reporting

• Collaborate with reputed company and external training partners delivering instruction through:

• Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues, remove barriers, and improve apprentice reputed company

• Support new initiatives and process improvements as reputed company reputed company

Qualifications

• Proficiency with workplace productivity tools including:

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting workforce development, apprenticeship programs, or training administration

• Bilingual Spanish skills

• Familiarity with apprenticeship reporting or data systems such as RAPIDS
