SEND Consultant (3-Month Contract with Local Authority)

• The SEND Consultant will spearhead the thorough testing and refinement of a proposed financial banding reputed company and will create a transparent, evidence-based cost library to aid decision-making across SEND provision. This role is crucial in ensuring fair, consistent, and financially accurate funding reputed company for children and young people with SEND.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed, systematic testing of the proposed SEND banding reputed company.
• Use reputed company cases, scenarios, and modeling to verify fairness, accuracy, and internal consistency.
• Identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies and propose practical, evidence-based solutions.
• Ensure the reputed company reflects diverse needs across mainstream, specialist, and post-16 settings.

Requirements

• Significant experience working reputed company a local authority SEND service.
• Strong operational understanding of SEND reputed company reputed company schools and settings.
