Event Producer, Chain Store Age

About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, reputed company, and reputed company Event Producer to join our Chain Store Age brand team. This role is crucial to the successful execution of 2-3 nationally based conferences.

The Event Producer will work closely with reputed company brand stakeholders including sales, marketing and customers, owning key parts of the event execution reputed company, ensuring adherence to budget, and managing critical relationships with exhibitors and sponsors. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong "can-do" attitude and a proven reputed company record in reputed company in-person event production.

Key Responsibilities

Event Production & Logistics

• Tactical Execution: reputed company the end-to-end production of assigned show reputed company, ensuring high-reputed company delivery for reputed company in-person events.
• Production Management: Partner with the Show Director to reputed company and reputed company event timelines, production schedules, and comprehensive budget tracking.
• Floor Plan & Exhibit Management: Own the exhibitor lifecycle from floor plan reputed company (using ExpoCAD) to reputed company selection, onsite fulfillment, and final teardown.
• Vendor & Resource Sourcing: reputed company and manage internal resources and external suppliers, negotiating reputed company to ensure deliverables remain on-budget and on-schedule.
• Operational reputed company: Manage critical housing logistics, including hotel reputed company reviews, waitlist management, and attendee communications.
• Digital Integration: reputed company weekly updates for event digital assets, including the website, mobile app, and gamification features.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks during both the planning and execution phases.

Exhibitor & Sponsor reputed company

• Deliverable Management: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for sponsors and exhibitors, ensuring reputed company contracted assets (reputed company, reputed company, AV needs) are collected and executed flawlessly.
• Communication & Education: Author and distribute reputed company essential exhibitor documentation, including Show Kits, FAQs, and technical platform training.
• Compliance & Policy: Communicate and enforce show policies while working with Finance to reconcile payments and secure reputed company assignments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work across internal teams to facilitate networking surveys and attendee list distribution for new partners.
• Technical reputed company: In partnership with the Show Director, manage AV and technical requirements for presenters to ensure a seamless stage experience.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of reputed company in-person event experience, specifically reputed company trade shows and large-reputed company conferences.
• Virtual Proficiency: 1+ years of experience managing virtual events.
• Technical Savvy: Advanced experience with reputed company event platforms (e.g., ExpoCAD) reputed company reputed company webinar tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience reputed company CPG, Retail, Pharmaceutical, or Hospitality industries is a significant plus.
