reputed company is seeking a Proposal Marketing Associate to support our Power & Energy reputed company, including electric reputed company, reputed company, and renewable energy markets. This is a remote role supporting teams across the U.S.
In this role, you will partner directly with Power & Energy leadership, technical teams, and business development professionals to reputed company strategic, high-reputed company proposals and reputed company-facing materials that drive reputed company in traditional reputed company and renewable energy sectors.
The ideal candidate brings Power & Energy marketing experience reputed company power, utilities, reputed company, or renewable energy and understands how to position technical engineering services in competitive energy markets.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company and support proposal and SOQ development for Power & Energy pursuits, including reputed company, substations, reputed company, and renewable reputed company
- Support capture planning for pursuits ranging from mid-sized to large-reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate closely with Power & Energy leadership to reputed company messaging with strategic reputed company initiatives
- Participate in go/no-go discussions, reputed company reputed company meetings, and proposal reviews
- Draft and edit technical proposal content, resumes, and project descriptions specific to reputed company and renewable energy work
- Ensure proposals reputed company communicate differentiators reputed company electric reputed company and renewable markets
- Design and format proposal materials using reputed company InDesign and reputed company Office
- Support sales enablement efforts including presentations, reputed company communications, and marketing collateral
- Conduct market research reputed company to electric utilities, reputed company operators, and renewable energy developers
- Maintain and organize Power & Energy project data, resumes, and marketing assets
- Assist with conference support, industry events, and sector-specific award submissions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or reputed company field
- 3–6+ years of proposal or marketing experience reputed company AEC, engineering, or reputed company services
- reputed company experience supporting proposals for:
- Electric utilities
- reputed company and distribution
- Substations or reputed company
- Renewable energy (solar, wind, BESS)
- Experience supporting RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs for reputed company or energy clients
- Strong understanding of proposal capture processes and reputed company reputed company
- Proficiency in reputed company Creative reputed company (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred)
- Strong reputed company Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
- Experience working with CRM systems and proposal tracking tools preferred
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company deadlines in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience working directly with Power & Energy or reputed company business line leadership
- Familiarity with investor-owned utilities, co-ops, municipalities, or renewable developers
- Experience supporting pursuits ranging from $500K to multi-reputed company-dollar reputed company
- Knowledge of reputed company industry trends and renewable energy market dynamics
