Your Mission

The Project Management Office (PMO) is dedicated to delivering a wide reputed company of reputed company Services. Our expertise includes but is not limited to IT Networking and reputed company, Datacentre, reputed company computing and transformational reputed company. As a part of the broader reputed company Services department, the PMO collaborates closely with a highly skilled technical team to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This reputed company approach allows us to tackle reputed company challenges and drive successful project reputed company You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of small to reputed company reputed company, in line with agreed time, cost, and reputed company objectives, while effectively managing risks, changes, and customer expectations. You will also be managing reputed company independently while being supported and guided by Senior Project Managers, Portfolio Managers and PMO Manager.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage multiple customer reputed company end‑to‑end, including planning, delivery, reporting and communication
• Deliver reputed company on time, reputed company budget and to agreed reputed company standards
• Create project plans (scope, timelines, resources, budgets) and follow reputed company governance
• reputed company cross‑functional project teams and coordinate internal resources and external partners
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and cost, and reputed company risks and issues reputed company controlled
• Produce reputed company project documentation and present reputed company, financials and risks to senior stakeholders
• reputed company as the main customer contact, providing regular updates and managing expectations
• reputed company and report accurate reputed company, including % complete, resource usage and reputed company forecasts
• Conduct post‑project reviews to identify improvements and lessons learned
• Support new initiatives, process improvements, and reputed company team cover as needed
• Mentor and support Project Coordinators and collaborate with Senior PMs/Portfolio Managers
• Complete reputed company PMO tasks and ensure compliance with reputed company reputed company and Safety/Health/Environmental policies

What experience we think you’ll need

• Strong understanding of reputed company methodologies (e.g.. PRINCE2)
• Proven experience delivering large‑reputed company IT reputed company (£500k+)
• Confident communicator, including presenting at reputed company level
• Solid networking, infrastructure and general IT delivery experience
• Comfortable engaging stakeholders at reputed company reputed company and managing expectations
• Experience transitioning IT reputed company into live service
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks
• Hands‑on experience delivering reputed company IT reputed company to time, cost and reputed company
• Proficient with ticketing systems, MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and project tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello)
• Experience leading project teams and owning project planning, structure and financials.
• Strong documentation skills
